 bles in Moon Valley (N Phoenix)!**\n\n*Rush-hour Resistance Rallies happen
  every Monday–Friday during rush hour across the Phoenix metro area. Che

 he particulars for this rally:\n\n🕥 The rally starts at 7:30. You are f
 ree to show up anytime\, but we recommend arriving a few minutes early to 
 introduce yourself. We end promptly at 8:30 AM. Some gather at Serafina Co
 ffee after the event.\n\n🅿️ There's plenty of parking at Moon Valley 
 Plaza. Most participants park north of Moon Valley Custom Cleaners. We hav
 en’t had issues before\, but parking enforcement is unpredictable. If co
 ncerned\, check with others.\n\n🚦We gather on the sidewalk along 7th St
 reet\, with the primary meeting spot near Moon Valley Cleaners.\n\n🖌️
  One of RhRR’s strengths is that people feel free to express themselves.
  Ideally\, your signs would help articulate any of our three pillars:\n\n*
  Defending democracy and the rule of law\n* Encouraging voting\n* Protecti
 ng neighbors and communities (e.g.\, immigrants\, LGBTQIA+ people\, worker
 s\, and veterans)\n\nThis approach keeps signs aligned with RhRR’s purpo
 se\, while preserving personal expression and emotional authenticity.\n\n
 🇺🇳 Flags\, banners\, and even inflatable costumes are welcome. Some 
 blow lots of bubbles. While our mission is serious\, humor and camaraderie
  matter.\n\n😷 RhRRs are peaceful\, public events. Most attendees don’
 t hide their faces\, though some do\; participate at your comfort level. P
 hotos and videos are common on social media\, but you can ask posters to r

 participation\, particularly in local and primary races where every vote c

 , nonconfrontational movement. Our goal is to reach the broader community\
