 allies happen every Monday–Friday during rush hour across the Phoenix me

 n\nHere are the particulars for this rally:\n\n🕥 You are free to show u
 p anytime\, but we recommend arriving a few minutes early to introduce you
 rself. Our morning rally starts at 7:30 and ends promptly at 8:30 AM. Our 
 afternoon rally starts at 4:30 and ends promptly at 6:00 PM.\n\n🅿️ Pa
 rking is a bit of a challenge. Some of us park on Holly St\, directly acro
 ss from the ICE Field Office. We haven’t had issues before\, but parking
  enforcement is unpredictable. If concerned\, take the light rail.\n\n🔥
 🧊 We gather on the WEST side of Central\, just north of Holly. Please D
 O NOT protest on the east side. Immigrants have appointments in this build
 ing\, and we don't want to prohibit them from what they are required to do
 .\n\n🖌️ One of RhRR’s strengths is that people feel free to express
  themselves. Ideally\, your signs would help articulate any of our three p
 illars:\n\n* Defending democracy and the rule of law\n* Encouraging voting
 \n* Protecting neighbors and communities (e.g.\, immigrants\, LGBTQIA+ peo
 ple\, workers\, and veterans)\n\nThis approach keeps signs aligned with Rh
 RR’s purpose\, while preserving personal expression and emotional authen
 ticity.\n\n**For this location\, try to make your messaging specific to im
 migration rights\, human rights\, and other anti-ICE slogans.**\n\n🇺
 🇳 Flags\, banners\, and even inflatable costumes are welcome. Some blow
  lots of bubbles. While our mission is serious\, humor and camaraderie mat
 ter.\n\n😷 RhRRs are peaceful\, public events. Most attendees don’t hi
 de their faces\, though some do\; participate at your comfort level. Photo
 s and videos are common on social media\, but you can ask posters to remov

 ipants to multiple locations across the Valley\, reaching thousands of ped
 estrians and motorists each week. This momentum is significant\, as is the
  duty it brings.\n\n🗳️ As we approach the midterm elections\, our uni
 ted mission is to safeguard free and fair elections and promote civic part
 icipation\, particularly in local and primary races where every vote carri
 es weight. Our weekly rallies are more than outlets for frustration\; they
  are consistent\, visible commitments that normalize voting and democratic
  engagement as neighborly expectations.\n\n🕊️ RhRR is a peaceful\, no
 nconfrontational movement. Our goal is to reach the broader community\, no
 t to confront those seeking conflict. When tensions surface\, we withdraw\
 , stay composed\, and look out for one another. This discipline keeps our
